  After searching online for someone to help navigate the diminished value appraisal issue and reading customer reviews of CSI, I decided to contact Danny and after speaking with him decided to use his services. His experience and advice were reassuring and his expectations of how the process would likely play out were on the money. I am very satisfied with the end result and would recommend Danny for anyone with a diminished value claim.

  ****, first I like to thank you for allowing me to be your appraiser. As you did see, the internet is filled with ads regarding diminished value appraisals. To me, those are scam artist ads and the so-called appraiser is to SELL an appraisal. This is where I am different from the DV Scam Appraisers. I DO NOT SELL appraisals. I PROVIDE an appraisal service only to North Carolina claimants because North Carolina has a well written law regarding diminished value, where other states do not. Knowing the law, I am able to inform all potential customers of the process that must be taken by the claimant when making a diminished value claim here in North Carolina. Since each claim is different, the outcome is different. As I was for you and others, I am just a phone call away or an email away.

  If i could give 10 stars, i absolutely would! A friend recommended Danny to us and from the moment I spoke with him, i felt confident in our decision to hire him. He was always an email away and answered any and all questions I had. I was extremely nervous through this process but he kept me grounded and walked me through every step that needed to be taken. He said he could get me X amount of dollars more and he did and even got me a tad bit more than expected. I hope i never have to go through this again but if i do, i know who i am calling! I would highly recommend Danny to anyone fighting for the market value of their vehicles. Insurance companies try to offer you the lowest they possibly can to save money but having someone like Danny on our side with all of his knowledge and confidence to fight for us was the best decision we could have made. Thank you so much for all of your help!! i couldn't have done it without you!!

  I was so pleased with Danny's help. My son and I were impressed with his knowledge of the business. I was also impressed with how fast he got everything done. He would be one of the first people I call if we are ever involved in an accident again. It is one of those situations you hope to never be in but if you are having the right people on your side makes all the difference in the world. Truly blessed that someone recommended him to my son.

  I am extremely pleased with the results that Danny was able to get us. We had a total loss vehicle that the insurance company was significantly under valuing in today's market. Danny gave us a complete overview of the process and guided us through it. We were able to recover significantly more using Danny's services. I have to say that I am thoroughly impressed with Danny's knowledge of the Insurance regulations in North Carolina and his ability to navigate the process required to fight and win again st the insurance company.   CSI provided exceptional service and spot on advice throughout the process. They truly know the law and worked to get me the best results with minimal complexity. I hope to not need their service in the future, but if the situation arises, they will be my first call.

  *****, first thing is, thank you for allowing me to be your appraiser.
  As you found out for yourself, when making a claim for diminished value, the right wording has to be stated to the adjuster of at-fault insurance company. As for the auto insurer you had to deal with, the "magic" words to get your claim going in the right direction with good results.
