      I paid upfront for customized windows and doors, but what I received was completely wrong. The windows didnt fit, and I ended up paying for an extended dumpster rental because they failed to place the correct order. The so-called custom windows were smaller than what I ordered, forcing me to spend over $500 on extra wood and trim just so my contractor could make them usable and somewhat presentable.On top of that, I ordered a 32" door and was sent a 30" door instead. I also received a French door in the wrong size, and one of the doors arrived damaged. To keep my project moving, I had to buy a replacement at Lowes while I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.Customer service has been non-existent. They do not return calls or texts, and everything must be paid in full upfront with no option for returns. To make matters worse, they advertised a 15% discount to clear inventory, but when I attempted to purchase on credit, I was charged full price.This entire experience has been a nightmare. I simply expected the products I paid for and at least some level of customer service. Instead, I was left with added costs, delays, and frustration.
