    Good Day ********************. ADT is my issue. I am 55 disabled 7( spine fusions 1 spinal stimulator), my husband is 67 just had his 2nd hip surgery and getting ready for knee surgery. Our 1st security co. we have ever used. contract started 8/26/23. The technician from that day lied on report he went over door ****. 7 days later I was on my front porch and a guy walked up with a box and w/o coming up to my door oh you got a doorbell. I forgot your ADT signs and will bring back in a few days. Well close to a year later I still have no doorbell ADT signs to show my house is secure. I did call tech support 1 time and the guy asked me to scan the ** code came back not registered to me. The family that lived here before us had ****** Nest everything. The tech tells me well you can watch videos on line or fix it yourself or I can send a tech out for $90. Never did he mention I was close to 90 days. I can show you my Altafiber bill which shows we did not have wifi at the house so he could not have shown me the doorbell. After spending 5 hrs (can show my call logs) they tell me they use a 3rd party. Company name LVD. I get in contact with LVD the 90 day supply company. The first tech ****** said we did not no 2nd guy out it was somebody checking out your house. HOW FUNNY IS THAT! I say then why did he say "I forgot your ADT signs." ****** says - oh then it was our tech. Get passed to ***** who makes me go out to the doorbell and take the cover off and says check the battery. I'm say what is the battery? If I knew all this I would of bought a system and put in myself. ***** says it's really not our problem it's over 90 days, ADT has to pay for it, we need to send a tech out so can I put you on hold then hung up on me. Called back got ****** how said he went to lunch, from 2:30 to 3. Called back at 4:03 he still is not back. Called back next day blocked me go staiagth to ADT now we are getting into the 7 hrs continued next complaint
