    Unless you are OK with your contractor taking four times as long, failing to finish the job, and doing work that you did not agree to then, I do not recommend SOS Property Services or **** *******.
    My wife and I contracted with SOS Property Services for a bathroom remodel and a patio build. Rather than finish the project in the agreed-upon time window, **** sent skeleton crews on an infrequent basis. What he said would take six weeks to complete was completed in four months with several weeks of only one day of work. SOS Property Services damaged our stairs, which had to be sanded and re-stained, put holes in our walls, left a gouge in our new marble counter top and punctured our ceiling, of which, the latter was never replaced.
    At one point, rather than use a plumber to install the sinks (we were assured **** was a plumber), to my horror, he and the crew were watching ******* videos on their phone on how to install dual vanity sink faucets (in the end, the sinks whistled and they refused to come back and fix them, so we had to incur an additional expense to have them fixed properly). We also agreed to have the patio smoothed with a bulldozer, but **** instead used semi-skilled workers, and the result is low portions in the patio. In short, there are a variety of options available in the Triangle area, so you would be wise to avoid **** ******* and SOS Property Services.
