    Zero Stars Unprofessional UPS Store 4494 : *************** Location ******* ** *****. Unprofessional and Rude Staff Unprofessional and Rude Manager His name, *****. Manager Has No Respect for the customer.and was Absolutely Clueless on solving the problem. No Regard for the Customer. What a Disgrace to the ***************!

    I want to preface my response with all interactions that take place in the store are video and audio recorded, as well as all telephone calls. Upon review of the video, staff were trying to assist you in making sure your homemade legal documents were correctly signed and notarized under North Carolina laws, we are licensed to operate only under the laws set forth by North Carolina. During the phone conversation to address your concerns there were multiple attempts made to assist you in understanding our constraints within the laws of **************. You then screamed through the phone quoting your California state attorney instructions on how we were to notarize a homemade legal document in the state of ************** and hung up, hence we were unable to remedy the complaint. You left the store with a legally signed document which is what you requested upon your visit and it was completed properly under the North Carolina law. It is difficult to assist someone who is unwilling to see any side but their own. We strive daily as a small business to provide the same level of customer service we would like to receive for all our customers.

    Response from Manager is not true. He needs educated on customer service and communication to say the least. He never resolved my issue. He talked and talked about an issue that I was Not referring to.

    I had ***** service me for a shipment. For starters she didnt even stand up to welcome me when walking in, she also had the worst customer service attitude looks and acts like she hates her job. I will never understand why a company keeps a rude employee that drives customers to other locations just to avoid the bad customer service.

    The customer service is not good. The have almost no ability to return Amazon packages. The notary is not there until after 3:00 pm each day. They make little to no effort to assist customers. I am surprised they are still open.

    ******, we process approximately 250 Amazon returns daily and would happily assist you. I'm sure we could clearly and professionally address your concerns if given the opportunity. It is also incorrect to state that there is no notary after 3:00 pm daily. We now have multiple staff who are notaries. We will continue to provide industry-leading customer service, and if you have any questions or concerns, please speak directly with management or ownership.

    This store charged me $49 to send a package overnight express mail. I didnt realise they send express mail packages to the post office for delivery until I got home. I wanted to avoid the post office, which is why I went to this UPS store. The package was supposed to be delivered the next day and I couldnt even track the package. It had a post office tracking number. I finally got in touch with the post office who finally tracked my package. I mailed it on a Monday, and it wont be delivered until Friday! And I payed $49 to this store! I could have taken it to the post office myself and paid $23!!! I will never go to this UPS store again! Ripoff!!
