    I recently had a disappointing experience with Purple Event Planning during my wedding. Several issues arose, particularly concerning the assistant, ******, who displayed unprofessional and rude behavior throughout the event. At multiple times, both she and her assistant told the wedding party to shush in a rude manner, which was completely unacceptable.During the rehearsal, there was no assistance as previously discussed in our walk-through. When Matron of Honor addressed this with ******, she was very rude and dismissive, to the point where MOH had to stop herself from saying something out of character.Additionally, while the Matron of Honor was busy cleaning and taking down decorations, ****** and her assistant were sitting around, enjoying themselves with the DJ, rather than helping out. The *** ultimately had to instruct them to assist.Moreover, ****** allowed guests to enter after the designated cut-off time, which added unnecessary confusion to the event. I had to turn around to see why the doors werent being managed by the ************** make matters worse, my paid coordinator canceled on me just one day before the wedding at 1 PM, despite having been aware of her family emergency well before that time. I never received the follow-up meeting I was promised a week before and have yet to hear back about a wrap-up meeting or an apology for the cancellation.Overall, my experience with Purple Event Planning was far from satisfactory, and I would not recommend their services for future events.
