May 1st 2024 HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!!I went to DRY CLEAN CITY as per the receipt from them it will be ready by Saturday after 3pm , I called around 2:45pm by chance its ready, someone making fun of me on the phone said we dont do saturday pick up! Its ready by Monday after 5pm , then I said oh well okay , I let it go maybe its just miscommunication between them, then heres Monday , I called before I go , I called like before 5pm I asked if its ready for pick up, and here you go again, Its not ready yet, it will be ready by Tuesday after 5pm. So I was disappointed then I have nothing to do than to wait for tuesday , then I arrived at 6:35pm yesterday , I was upset because they damaged my draped most of the beads are gone!! The lady whos there said she just receiving and releasing and the Manager works in the morning. May 8th I came back around 2:35pm and spoke this girl named ****( dont know the right spell of her name ) She was apologetic about the past days that happened, and she explained to me that ****** is just new and she supposed tell me at first those beads might damaged on the washer, in front of ****** and its up to you if you still want us to do or not and that girl didnt say anything in front of **** while apologizing she said she just new to the Company. So I said what time is the Manager will come she said around 3pm so I didnt go home and wait inside my car, then came out 3:18pm I asked where is ****? She left for the day, so I said I will just wait for your Manager to come , I will not going home, then she went inside and the Manager came out and was ready to tell in front of my face you write a review I have nothing to do with you anymore! And he insisted that his staff explained to me initially, which shes not! he said hes been with the business for 17yrs I told him I dont care about that , my concern is you damaged my drapes .
