    I ordered headlights with a front halo. The website shows halos only when powered on, with no images of them unlit. It also shows many photos of the same headlights without halos, leading customers to believe the halos are behind a crystal lens. In reality, they are behind a cheap white plastic diffuser.This was not disclosed and is a clear misrepresentation of the product. I am requesting a replacement or refund.--- Company response:All sales on headlights are final and they are unable to be returned or exchanged. The best solution would be to sell those to someone that has the same truck as you, and get a new set with the options that you would like now. Hope that helps and let me know if you have any other questions.

    Thank you for your feedback. All pictures on each headlight listing are clearly labeled with the options that the headlight build contains. It is not reasonable to think the front halo is hidden based off of pictures of builds that do not include it. It is simply not in the build. 

    Furthermore, the pictures that are labeled as including the front halos clearly show the placement of the front halo. Our options guide, which has both it's own page on our site and is included on every headlight page, also clearly shows and explains the differences between these two options. 

    I am sorry you decided you did not like what you ordered. We are not able to disassemble the entire headlight for you simply because you decided you didn't like it. These are custom built products, clearly advertised as such, and we do not accept returns on custom built products, which is also clearly outlined in our refund/return policy. 

    Ultimately, the information is all there. There is nothing deceptive about our selling practices. You received exactly what you ordered. Buyers remorse is not a reason to leave a complaint.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I understand that these headlights are custom-built. However, the product I received was misrepresented on your website:
    - The images for headlights with front halos show the halos powered on only. No images exist showing how the halos appear unlit.
    - Some photos of the same headlights without halos suggest that the halo would be behind a clear lens, which was not the case. Instead, the halos are behind a white plastic diffuser.

    This created a reasonable expectation of the product that was not met. I am not seeking compensation for buyers remorse; I am requesting a replacement or return because the product as delivered does not match its advertised appearance.

    All of the above is documented (downloaded and zip archived) with the product page and images as they appeared at the time of purchase.

    I purchased a set of taillights from TEQ Customs on 3/27/2025. Upon receipt on 4/3/2025, the lights were damaged but I attempted to install as it would have been hidden. The lights did damage to my vehicle, but I'm not worried about that. I just want to return the lights at this point.I reached out to the seller and I was blamed for the damage, rather than them standing behind the product they are selling.

    This company collected payment on December 26th. They claim a 12 week lead time. At 10 weeks they responded to my text saying my order was currently being worked on. Today, 3/31/25, I am told, via text, my product is on the builders desk and it will be shipping in the next 1-2 weeks. I tried to place a review on their website and it does not appear. Their website will no longer accept my cellphone number. I am concerned that this business is fraudulent or at least unable to do business as advertised. In addition their resolution process is such that they can make money by not doing business with restocking fees and penalties. This is concerning.
