1 starOrdered a ride on mower and bagger on 04.05.2025 for delivery on 04.12.2025 between 11-3. Took the day off on 04.12.2025 to be home for the delivery. The texted me 3 different days verifying when I was home and to confirm delivery throughout the week. Was randomly checking my email at 830am and they had sent me an email saying the delivery date was pushed back to Tuesday 04.15.2025. No call or text about the change so if I didnt check my email by chance I would have been home with my thumb up my a** all day with no mower. Called delivery customer service and after 5 minutes waiting for someone to pick up a lady answered by waiting customer service. I told het that I needed it today because I took off work and she replies, immediately, Ill get you a manager. Waited on hold for another 35 minutes for a manager who said something about assembly pushing back the delivery and nothing he could do. Let him know about his agent and he said I think I know who you are talking about and would say something to her. Cancelled my order and going to **********.Review fromJudi A

1 starHAD A FRONT DOOR AND SCREEN DOOR INSTALLED ON MARCH 20 AND STILL NO RESOLUTION TO PROBLEMS ASSOCIATED WITH THE INSTALLATION. SCREEN DOOR RETRACTABLE SCREEN NEVER WORKED AND HAS DEFECTIVE LATCH AND RETRACTABLE SCREEMN. MAIN DOOR WAS SCRATCHED DURING UNPACKING OF THE PRODUCT AND INSTALLER PUT STRIKE PLATE IN WRONG PLACE FOR DEADBOLT HAD TO REINSTALL IT, PUT PUTTY IN FRAME TO FILL IN. 1 starI ordered some materials from Lowe's on line. I paid with a credit card, entered my address as it is on the credit card, and checked the box that delivery address was the same. The credit card was accepted, so the address was initially received by Lowe's correctly. On the day of delivery, we received a call from the delivery men. Somehow the address was changed to an undeliverable location. Their policy was that they had to return the product to the store and we had to reorder. They were supposed to refund our payment. That didn't happen. Instead, I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company, AND reach out to Lowe's TWICE before they initiated the refund. However, even though the delivery fiasco and subsequent return was completely their fault, they did not refund the delivery charge. Order from Lowe's at your own risk.Review fromCynthia R

1 starNEVER BUY APPLIANCES FROM LOWES!! I have rental properties. In the just the last six months I have purchased 1 stackable washer/dryer unit. 2 washing machines, 1 dryer, 2 stoves and a refridgerator. Today I left with over 500 dollars worth of supplies, which I will be returning tomorrow. In the past 3 weeks I have spent a few thousand dollars on one rental. Did the same six months ago on another. Last week they delivered one refridgerator a stove, and a washer. No one has moved in and appliances have not been used. Tonight I showed the property and potential renter wanted a side by side refridgerator. I figured since it was unused and only a week old I would try to get a return or exchange. Lowes said 48 hour return policy, period. So glad I found this out tonight. I will never use them again for appliances, and will be purchasing the new floors from **********. Further drive but way better customer service. I will also head to ********** tomorrow to get the same supplies I return to lowes in the morning, that I just bought tonight.Review fromJan E

1 starThis review is not about a specific location, but about Lowe's policy in general. I purchased a refrigerator online and had to wait approximately two weeks for delivery. At the time of the order, the online price was $719. While I was waiting for the item, the price changed to ~$490 and then back to $719 and then to ~800 and then back to $719. Less than 72 hours after delivery, I check the price again and it was ~490. I'm not certain exactly when the price was changed to $489. I contacted customer care (via chat) to request a price adjustment and was told that I was not entitled to one as I had not contacted them within 48 hours. I also sent an e-mail to Lowe's customer care, but have received no response. Their acknowledgement an e-mail indicates that there might not be a response. What's the point of customer care, if you can't receive a response to your e-mail. Lowe's indicates that they have a "price match" guarantee, but apparently not for their own prices. The only mention of a 48 hour requirement is when wanting to return a product. ********** gives their customers 30 days to request a price adjustment if they reduce their price. I would think twice before choosing Lowe's for a major purchase.Review fromMartine & Ray E

1 starWorst experience ever . From the very beginning nothing went right. We ordered a new kitchen .On the first day that the installation began . It was the wrong style then the wrong color.. I ordered a new wall oven. The first day that I used it. The glass panel exploded. every time that we had a delivery, it was never the right size.. we started this project in October and nothing is finished. Im still waiting for the management to get in touch with us and trying to resolve this situation and Im still waiting.. when we asked if we could have our money back and they could come and pick up the kitchen. 1 starI have been calling Lowes today all day- 12 times I have been put on hold for a lengthy period and then the call was disconnected. Why is it so hard to answer the phone?? I was only calling to find the price of a carpet rental machine. We have been Lowes customers for a long time but after hours on the phone- we are going ********** all the way!Review fromTaralea B

1 starI went to Lowes to get a replacement Water Heater which was still under the manufacturer warranty. I told them the code that was given to me by the manufacturer, but they said that they would not give me a replacement without the original receipt and would not accept a copy. The woman at ***************** Kirssyla, was very mean, rude and uncooperative. Because I had the plumber with me and needed him to get started with the install, I paid for the new Water Heater and left to get my receipt. When I returned with the original receipt, instead of getting reimbursed, I was charged again which I did not find out until later.Once the Water Heater manufacturer assured me that they had sent Lowes the refund of the Water Heater, I went to Lowes to get the charge for the Water Heater refunded to my credit card. Lowes refused to give me the refund. So, not only did they get the Water Heater cost reimbursed from the manufacturer, but they also have my payment for the Water Heater! The woman at ***************** ********, continued to hassle me. The manager, *****, got involved, and she sided with Kirssyla. ***** also refused to have my credit card refunded and said that is just the way it is.Review fromDaniel C

2 starsBought fertilizer from New Lowe's that had a Lowes special sales sign for $24.00 +/- . I did not check my receipt until I got home and found it to be $56.98. Called the store and it turns out the pallet was moved and there was no sale sign. This left me with no proof to argue the issue of pricing. ****** learned check receipt before leaving the store. Cannot trust Lowe's.
