      We got the largest dumpster this company had and were shocked when we saw the size. It was supposed to be 20 cubic yards. We reached out and expressed our concern as the measurements were not 20 cy. It should have been 22 ft long, but ours was 11 feet long. The owner said there were many ways to come up with the measurements but never explained how they actually came up with those measurements. Math is always standard and cannot be changed, at least that's what we thought. The whole thing made no sense, and it was strange they never shared how they came up with the dumpster being 11 ft long instead of the standard 22 ft long.

      I did explain the measurements to this customer and how to do the math to come up with cubic yards. They saw an ad for a differently configured dumpster which had much shorter sides. I explained to them that many different dumpster companies have different sized bins and that ours is taller and wider which allows it to be shorter in length and fit in one parking spot as we are known for. She didn't understand it. Length x height x width is how you determine it. She just couldn't figure it out.

We also have this information on our receipt and ****************** that is emailed to each customer at the time of the order. We also review the dimensions when they call in for an order.
