    In 5/2024 I learned I could apply for a ***** for new gutters in 10/24. I began getting estimates. *** Stevens Gutter Services gave me one on 6/6/24. But, they won't do 1/2 of a half block double house. So, I can't use them.Patriot gave me an estimate on 9/30/24. I submitted it to **********************. It was approved. I am awaiting installation.On 6/20/25, a card was at my door stating that ***** Gutter Services completed a cleaning job. I used and paid them 2 times prior. And would pay this time but, I didn't schedule a cleaning. I know I'm getting new gutters. Why would I?***I called ***** explaining the above. The agent stated that he saw no appointment via single or recurring scheduling for me.***On 6/22/25, I got a bill via email. I called explaining the above. I was told they would inform the proper department.On 7/20, 8/4+19/25-3 more email bills. I called explaining on 7/20 + 8/4. On 8/4 she insisted that they have me on tape signing up for recurring cleaning. She said she'd email me a copy of this recording. I never received it. Their website has me listed as serviced on the same day as their estimate.I would not have set up a single or recurring cleaning knowing I am getting new gutters.I would not set up recurring service because ***** will only do the whole building. I can't count on the owners of the other 1/2 of the house wanting the service.I would not set up a single cleaning because, the neighbors are longer willing to split the bill I pay all of my bills every month as soon as I get my Social Security (1st-3rd of the month). But, I am not paying this.I did not order the service.Their own agent said that there was no record of me scheduling single or recurring service.I don't want them to damage my credit score I am trying to build.
