    On last week I ordered ****** tea they was on sale buy 2 get 3 Free so I bought 10 so you pay for 4 of them and you get the other 6 free they changed me full price. I contacted them and they they not doing nothing about it..I will not be using them again because this is the 2nd time this happened to me. I am on disability I don't have extra money to give to a billion dollar company. Because they got people that work there and can't do they job right.

    This company discriminated against customers. The stores are poorly managed. The store in Kernersville is handing out the wrong prescriptions to people on an occasion and discriminating against people.
    Harris Teeter needs to be avoided at all costs. Horrific shopping experience.

    I ordered from Harris teeter. And I used EBT because I am on a fixed income. I had more than enough money to cover my order they go on my debit card and take $7 dollars off of there and made my get a overdraft when I had more than enough EBT to cover the order so it wasn't no use of doing that. Then you contact customer service and they does nothing but make excuses they don't care because it's not they money. Why would you take the cash if I had enough EBT to cover the order I understand if I didn't have enough to cover it that is different. I don't have $30 dollars to pay the bank for something that shouldn't have happened because I had more than enough for the order. Never again will I be using them they can keep it. And they customer service is trash

    ************* merged with Harris Teeter several years back and simultaneously pulled all their NC stores. At that time it was stipulated that the price point between the two would be even. It is not. This has created food insecurity in many parts of NC because Harris teeter prices itself on being a "high quality grocery" and the prices between Kroger and Teeter are very different. They also do not carry the same items which means some items which were available at Kroger are no unavailable throughout NC since the chain was pulled. Now to get those items you must drive to ********. It is ridiculous and not what was promised to customers.

    An African American man is their person who handles thefts and whatnot. He unfortunately seems really racist and follows mostly white individuals around the store and has even accused elderly people of stealing (they took everything out to prove they hadn't taken anything), he still followed this person around the store and checked receipt after their purchase. Everytime I go inside Harris teeter on ************ in ************ **, I see him harassing (if he's there) someone over a purchase or just arguing with someone for something that could be handled away from customers. They have a loose ****** that's costing customers and money and not only that, imagine the embarrassment of having a man follow you around and accuse you of stealing even though you didn't. Imagine that happening 2 to 5 times a day at the same location. My big question is why are y'all and the managers letting him discriminate and only go after white individuals? Why does he tell people to "kick rocks" when trying to ask him questions? Either way this is an embarrassment and we will NEVER go to ANY Harris teeter due to the way we're constantly treated and the way others are treated. (Alleged) Racism, lying and straight out nasty behaviour is something any company wants to weed out, unfortunately y'all put this man in a power position and it's really gone to his head, and he's taking it out on customers. Sooner or later when a lawsuit pops up, is that when y'all finally do something?

    I have attempted to reach this customer multiple times by phone and email but have been unable. We would love the opportunity to address this issue.

    They took ***** out of my account and when I call about they said that they can't see where they took it out and to call back in 3 day and the guy said that his name is *** so tht how he help me they ****

    The $18 charged was due to a few items that went over the original amount that was charged to the **** If there is an overage it will charge the card on file for the difference. This is due to some items being weighted. This amount was refunded as a goodwill gesture.
