    I agreed with **** to build a screened-in room at the back of my house, and he assured me that no permit would be needed from my county. However, since we were going to add electrical, I wanted to verify so I called my county and found out that I needed a permit for both the electrical and the structure, since it was right next to my house. I am willing to give **** the benefit of the doubt that he did not know about this technicality regarding structures adjoining the house. So, I had **** stop the work and he promised to help me get plans to apply for a permit with my county. That was months ago. He has since quit responding to my calls, texts or email attempts and I am left with a half-completed structure. What he has done so far looks great, but it is unusable as it is, and I am out half of our agreed-on price. I suppose it is possible that his contact information has changed, but I have been waiting a very long time and have heard nothing back from him. I will be more than glad to take down this negative review if he contacts me and finishes the job or at least refunds my money. I am very disappointed as his work looks great on the website, and he is a former Marine which makes his actions even more disappointing to me.

    Hired **** for a screened-in porch and gazebo grill. Terrible work. Porch was sloppy with uneven cuts, grill gazebo half-assembled. He claimed to use pressure-treated wood, but a professional confirmed it wasnt. Roof isnt pitched right, water pools on top, no flashing installed, and theres already a leak. Left trash all over my yard and stopped responding. Unprofessional, careless, and dishonest. Save your money and hire someone who actually knows what theyre doing. Has not sent receipts for work, for my tax purposes. Would not recommend at all.

    Actually I have photos of the way your yard looked before and after and I picked up not just my mess but yours as well and in the photos your can see from the color of the wood it is treated maybe you're upset that i did not install the surge protector for the manufactured gazebo but *** it is two screws and I have photos of everything actually fully installed and completed... It is unfortunate that you had a terrible experience for whatever reason but you should have a blessed day and find something else to do instead of playing on the Internet... Thank you for you time and support
