We had them come out and price taking down a tree on June 9th. We settled on a price and was told they would come out later that week and take it down. Come Saturday, I called to find out when they would come out and was told it would be the following week. Nothing. Called a couple weeks later around June 25th.and was told that one of their personnel fell ill and would take care of it when he returned. Called again on Wednesday, July 2nd and was told the person (***) who was going to cut the tree down would call back the next day. Again, nothing. Called Monday, July 7th and left a message. Finally got a text that they would let ***, who was still ill, know I contacted them for scheduling. I asked if anybody else at the business could cut it down. the response was no one else could do it and told I should find another business to remove the tree. It's frustrating that I had to initiate ALL the contact and after all the back and forth, was finally told they could not schedule a time. Not very professional.

******* honestly we have no idea what youre talking about . Initially our first contact, we went out and gave you a price on dropping a tree in the ***** ,upon inspection **** noticed there was a newly constructed treehouse in the ***** in the direction that you wanted the tree to be dropped. **** stated there was a high probability the damage would occur. He would need you as well as your neighbor to be on the same page before anything was done You stated you were gonna get several estimates and youre not ready to move forward at that time, so **** left You called back about a week later and stated that you would like to move forward with the process and wanted to know when we could come out and do the work . We stated we would have to have written permission from your neighbor during the second consultation making them aware of the risk involved of damage . If they agreed we could move forward .We would try to work you into our appointments the following week so we could to consult with you and the neighbor on the scope of work . You called the following Monday to see if we could come out soon and we informed you that our Climber that would have to climb the tree and set the rope in the necessary spot to drop the tree called in that morning informing he was sick with ************ from a tick bite . He was diagnosed with ************ from a tick bite and the doctor gave us a note that he is to be out for 10 days . When The Climber returned to work, he stated it was just too hot. He felt weak and sick and he needed some more additional time off due to the medication, making him feel dizzy in the heat , which I believe was Cortizone and an antibiotic. When you called in to tell us, you wanted to move forward and wanted to know a timeframe when we could come out you were informed of his sickness and that we needed to write up a contract and insurance before you could ever be put on schedule and because he was out, and there was no date of return we suggested if you were in a hurry to get things done that you may want to go with another company because we could not tell you a specific date you called in two more times and we told you the same exact thing both times . You were told he is out until he felt better and we are not signing up those jobs until he returned . You told *** its not your problem and we need to find someone else to climb the tree . Once again you were told he was on medical leave and it would be best for you to reach out to a different company not to wait til he feels better . Weve been very vocal and transparent with the whole situation when you told *** it wasnt your problem we felt its best to refer you to a different company once more .Its a family owned and operated business and we did not want to hire outside help. You had every opportunity to go find another company to do this job and not wait on his return . Why are you angry ? We never contract you to do the work . We told you the man has ************ and needed a little time to fell better . Its over 100* outside and he is sick . Do you think that is safe and an ethical way to treat people or run a business . That last thing we want is injury or damage to property so everyone involved has to be alert and 100% at all times due to the extreme danger of the job . Again we never contracted you ******* . The climber was out due to illness and We were closed for July 4th . We told you you were not on schedule . Its unfortunate you feel this way .

This is partly true. I was only told about the contract on the initial visit. It was never brought up again. Not once did you suggest to find another company until our final call. All your interactions were reactionary and not proactive. Not once was I called , even after being told I would be numerous times I had to initiate the contact. I'm not truly angry about it, just very disappointed in how you treated a customer and thought others should be aware that this company isn't reliable to do what they said they would do.

They were quick to provide a quote to remove a huge and old tree. They arrived when schedule; very professional and removed the tree efficiently and with no damage to our home or deck. I couldn't believe how well they cleaned up after; there was not a single leaf left in the yard or on our deck, which was under the tree's branches.Very highly recommended!

Trim Pro came this afternoon and trimmed trees that were hanging over our fence and making mowing harder than it needed to be. The workers were efficient and did an excellent job of trimming and clean up. I highly recommend Trim Pro for the superior communication and service!
Kudos and gratitude go to Len and the crew!!!
