    I bought a Nu Water 30 Atmospheric Water Generator from this company about 3 years ago. About 13 months ago, I moved. When I moved the machine quit working. It is supposed to generate water but, although it runs, it does not generate water. I did nothing for several months while settling into my new home but then I started trying to contact the company to see how I should get the machine fixed. I've called (straight to voice mail) or left messages on their website several times but never a response. Why can't I contact them to get the machine repaired?

    Mr. **** stated that he left the machine setting for who knows how long. He moved the machine from one location to another. It Plainly states that you cannot tilt our Machine more than 20%. 

    Im still not sure what hes asking for the #Warranty is out. 

    No one from our company that we know of has spoken to him. 

    We have no voicemails nor any emails.

    I did not receive your email because ***** has changed and divided emails in into categories. 

    The BBB was not a primary on my email. 

    If Mr. **** would like to talk to a technician to see if they can walk him through it will be glad to do that. This complaint is not justified.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    1 What does it matter that the machine sat unused for months? How does that harm the machine?

    2 I moved the machine myself and I did not tilt it.

    3 I was trying to ask about how to REPAIR the machine, I know that the machine is past it's warranty. 

    4 No one has spoken to me because NO ONE WOULD RESPOND TO ME. How can you run a company that will not respond to customers? I tried calling and I tried to send messages through THEIR website. Never a respond of any kind.

    5 How lame of an excuse to say, "I did not receive your email because ***** has changed and divided emails into categories". Besides most of my emails were before I changed to ***** email. They even use that excuse for the email(s) from BBB.

    Again, I need to know who to take the machine to, to have it repaired. "Walking me through it" won't help.

    I can see who I'm dealing with now. The machine will be taken to the dump. I've learned my ******* Even though I reject this response, I do NOT wish to pursue it further. What's the point? Please keep an eye on this company, they are not legit.
