    In early April, I brought my vehicle to AAMCO Transmission for diagnostics. I was informed that I needed a new transmission, and we agreed on the price for repairs. After waiting two months, I picked up my vehicle on June 18. Unfortunately, the following week my Jeep broke down 100 miles from home. I had to pay for towing to bring it back to ******, where I returned it to your shop on June ********, August 12, I picked up the vehicle once again, only to experience the same issue within a few miles of driving. At this point, I am losing confidence in the AAMCO technicians ability to resolve the problem. This situation has caused significant inconvenience and financial strain. I have already spent $4,500 for the repair and additional money for rideshare services and rental cars while my vehicle was in the shop.The repeated breakdowns after extensive repair time are unacceptable and raise concerns about the quality of workmanship. To rectify this matter, I am requesting that either a highly experienced technician re-evaluate and repair my vehicle at no additional cost, or that I receive a full refund for the transmission work performed.I also request direct contact from a corporate manager to discuss this matter further. I chose AAMCO for its reputation, but this experience has been both costly and disappointing. I expect a resolution that restores both my vehicles reliability and my confidence in your service.

    We sincerely apologize for the difficulties you have experienced and the inconvenience this situation has caused. We would like to clarify that your vehicle is a 2001 Isuzu Trooper with nearly ******* miles. As explained when you agreed to the repair, sourcing parts for this particular vehicle was extremely challenging, which contributed to the extended repair time.
    Unfortunately, the vehicle did fail shortly after the initial repair. However, we stand firmly behind the work performed, and your vehicle was repaired under warranty at no additional cost to you. Our district manager kept you informed throughout the process, and although the repair took longer than normal due to the vehicles age and parts availability, every effort was made to resolve the issue properly.
    We truly regret the inconvenience and additional expenses you incurred during this process. As a gesture of good faith and confidence in our repair, we have reset the warranty on your vehicle. We also understand that you remained in communication with both AAMCO Corporate and our local district manager during this time.
    We appreciate your patience and your business, and we remain committed to standing behind the work we performed on your vehicle.
