  The owner is a criminal that overcharges and fraudulently over steps his legal privileges with felonious actions and behavior. Along with causing another business and their customer's financial losses for his own financial gain and personal grudge. He steals vehicles from private property located beside/adjacent to a vacant property that he owns. Which has no posted signs or descriptions reasons of claims for breaking the law or rules stated against property line/rules. My car was illegally towed from off of private property located next door. Belonging to a legitimate business for auto body repair. After dropping my car of for body repairs. The driver /owner ***************************** towed my vehicle from the driveway without calling the police on May 13,2024 around 7:15pm when I returned at 10:00pm get my car it was gone. After the business owner told me that my car was towed by Tarheel Towing the next morning when he returned my called about my missing vehicle on may14,2024 at 9am, I called tarheel towing and was told that I had to pay $455.00 in cash, after asking why did it cost so must? I was told the cost of towing and 2 days storage. I responded that he hadn't had my car no more than 11 hours. i know **** well that he didn't have my car for 2 days, especially when my car was parked at the body shop and private property. He stated that half that driveway belonged to him. I responded that no signs were posted nor stated "NO PARKING". So i called the police for the simple fact that he hadn't had my car for 2 days to charge me for 2 days storage, he then refuse to give me his information along with properly filing out the receipt with the date and time of the tow which i had to force him to put the date and time on the receipt upon payment ,which he didnt put the reason nor the location for the tow.

  I am sorry that your vehicle was parked on the wrong property. The neighbor next door, who has a body shop in his back yard, should have informed you where to park. He could have and should have moved your vehicle to a parking space on his property to avoid this. This is an ongoing problem with people parking on our property illegally. No person shall park a vehicle or permit it to stand, whether attended or unattended, on a highway in front of a private driveway or on private property without the owners permission. Homeowner should not have to post signs on our own individual property. The charge is correct. The vehicle towed on Monday and released on Tuesday. That is two days of storage.Again, I am sorry that your vehicle was parked on the wrong property.

  I wanted to to thank the owner and the man who works in the office for a wonderful job assisiting me with my car. I am a female and I have my reserves when handling business with men on my own. These two gentlemen eased my fears. My car was picked up and taken to this facility and i called and spple to the gentlemen first in the office to ask if I could get some items out of the car. He advised me as to what credientials needed to do that. I was buzzed into the gate to come into the property. I was met outside by who I now know is the owner. He introduced himself to me and I advised who I was. he showed me into the office to look at what I was told to bring to get the items from the car. I then met the gentleman I had spoken with on the phone and he took my information and I must say that went very smooth. The owner then walked me out to my car and also helped me get the items that I needed. I really thought this process was going to be way different than it was. It was no stress at all about me getting my items and they were very pleasant from the phone call to getting my items went very well. Thank you Tarheel Towing staff for making an already bad experience for me with the reason for my car being there to an enlightened experience. For better reasons other than mine, I will surely recommend your business to others based off of my experience with you in the near future. Keep up the great customer service!!!!
