            House Manners Package for $1400 is a 2 week training from July 9-July 24. Our puppy was 11 weeks old at the time (not fully vaccinated-K9 was given vet records prior). He returned home underweight (could see his ribs & hip bones), had a large bald spot on his head with lesions, and his behavior has gotten worse. He went backwards in progress after $1400 training. He had a significant amount of accidents the first day home, his crate behavior is now aggressive (chewing the crate, digging, etc), he won't eat a full meal out of his bowl now because the trainer used his food to train, not the $20 of treats they requested from us (we did not get the unused treats back), his socialization is weak - either he jumps on & bites other dogs OR he's petrified. I spoke to****** at K9 and she mostly ignored the behavioral issues and focused on a potential allergic reaction that could cause balding. Did not offer to pay for our vet bills ($200) or give us a refund for poor training.
