I am a student at DTCC I began in Jan 2020. I was studying to be in the Practical Nursing Program and paid for Bio 168 out of pocket. I recently found out that I had a transfer credit from another school that they never told me about. Instead they continued to allow me to pay for this class and the reason I was given was that they normally have a student to take the class to earn more points to get into the Nursing program. I was never told that. The amount I’m seeking is $1,910. I reached out to the Dean of Students, Dean’s Assistant, advisors and accounts receivable regarding how do I get a refund no one got back in touch with me. I even stated in a email to Dr. Battle before hand and said that I would even allow them to use the money towards my future classes. No response so now I want my money.
