    I had ***** who is the owner from Drake Property Services come to give me a quote for Pressure Washing on Sep 12th. on Sep 13thhe came I asked him to pressure wash all the exterior and the decks and balcony and the roof had some cleaning to do, So I asked him to clean the roof too. He quoted me $400. So he came on Sep 25th to clean the property, but he did not do it completely as he was not able to do a portion of the front of the house and front balcony and he did not clean any of the concrete in the front of the house and back of the house and garage. When I told him that he said he will come the next day and clean it up as he did not have the necessary cleaning items. After 5 days I messaged him as he did not come and he said his son was ill and he will be there once he is fine. I messaged him on Sep 25th. As he did not come I messaged him back on Oct 11th and he said he will do it next week. He came on Oct 16th to clean up but he said he could not as his pipe broke and he said he will come back next week. This time we also pointed that the roof he cleaned is not clean and he needs to do it again and he also agreed for that as he saw it was not clean, And after that he never came back and I messaged him several times after that and he said he will come but he never showed up. But after December 4th he completely stopped responding to the messages.
