      Do not buy from this company. They advertise a little lower price than Amazon, but they dont give free postage for returns. They sent me sneakers that were supposed to be extra wide and they were not. When I called their customer service I was told I have to pay the postage to send it back. Thats over $10. Never buying from them again. Stick with ******, not these rip off company.

      So far, so good. Placed an order late Sunday night. All items shipped by Monday evening, and already in the shipping company's possession. No problem with anything.

      I tried to order socks for my youth soccer team and they cancelled my order, when I called the representative asked me we cancelled because why do you need that many pairs of socks? I dont know about anyone else but once you sell something its none of your concern what they need it or want it for, I answered their question and they told me to go to a physical store to place a more secure order. I drove 45 minutes to place said order and the next day the order was cancelled and they havent reversed the charge on the credit card. Absolute joke of a company.

      I ordered a pair of men's size 9 shoes for a little over $20.They sent me a women's size 9 (men's 7).I followed their instructions about returning the item.The price to ship the shoes back to "SHOE SHOW" via **** was $14.50.Shoe Show eventually refunded the money for the shoes which was about $20.I called them to follow up if and when I would receive the reimbursement for the shipping fee.I explained that they sent me the wrong size and I didn't even want the reimbursement, I just wanted the correct shoe size.I told the gentleman at SHOE SHOW that I return the shoes, they reimbursed the price of the shoes, and I basically just paid $14.50 to **** to ship the shoes back to Shoe Show ( I basically lost $14.50. ALMOST THE COST OF THE SHOES) because of their mistake.The person I spoke with told me they would look into it.Lo and behold, I never heard back from them again.

      I HAD to write this review after I almost let the bad reviews stop me from ordering. After doing a lot of digging, most bad reviews are about shipping delays caused by the carrier, nothing this store has control of. I ordered my shoes at a great price, they were shipped out the SAME day, and arrived the next. The shoes were new and great. Honestly will be ordering my shoes from them now!!!

      this company is a scam, taking people money with no no remorse and no refund its no right its not fair and it hurts people who need help something has to be done about this company shoe show its false advertising and a bunch of scammers who do not care bout taking money from people please help me get my money back this is not right

      I placed an online order on 9/3 and received shipping confirmation with a tracking number that same day. The following day, 9/4, they pulled money from my account, but the shoes were never shipped. I kept checking the tracking number and got no information. I emailed the company and corresponded with *************************** who was absolutely no help and gave more attitude than assistance. When I clearly stated that I wanted my money back because they had not shipped the product, they instead shipped me another product that will take more than a week to get here. If they made a mistake and owned it and tried to make it right (maybe shipping the shoes with expedited shipping), I would have let it be, but they failed in every way possible at serving their customer.
