    The Greater ******* was nothing less than professional and thorough and extremely helpful. The process was very simple and explained well. The attorney ******* was very personable and caring.     My house was up for tax sale but I sold it first Sept 2021. On May 2, 2023 ****** from this company SKIP TRACED ME and call my brother in another state and told him I was owed 69k because my house was tax sold. Wrong! My brother called me and ask me if my house was tax sold. I called **** the owner to ask why they were disclosing my personal financial info with 3rd parties and **** said " Oh, you're embarrassed? Well, I'm not the one who didn't pay my taxes!" These people are unethical and unprofessional. If you are owed money., I wouldn't trust them with it.

    That's not how that went down at all. We contacted the brother in an attempt to find her as we could not get a response. We use a people finder service that some folks call skiptracing but it is a people finder service. We were attempting to connect her to Unclaimed money she was owed. The conversation got progressively heared and she said she was embarrassed about tge house going into foreclosure and that she had sold it prior to that. Foreclosures are public record and advertised in print and online. She used the f word on me, called me a son of a b..., and impugned my integrity, and of course threatened to post here and other online venues. I admit I did say, 'not to pit too fine a point on it, but I am not the one that didn't pay their taxes for 5 years'. I went on to explain we were attempting to return Unclaimed Funds, that the foreclosure was public record, and that the sale she said happened prior to the foreclosure was not recorded in the register of deeds department. I doubt she heard that, as she was speaking over me the majority of the time
