I took my 2015 **** F150 into Jiffy Lube to be serviced. Upon arrival my truck was in perfect condition. Once my oil change was complete I noticed my glove box was broken. It is always kept locked, as I store my firearm in it. I immediately took notice to the damages and quickly made my way back in, to share my concern and get an explanation; as well as receive accountability for the damages. The employees denied the damages and acted as if the damages were there prior. I have used Jiffy Lube for years. Im sure that is apparent in your system. This situation was so frustrating as no one took accountability and I was left defending myself, knowing someone in that building knew exactly what happened. After multiple calls the same day for answers, the store manager (*****) said they would have to take pictures and a videos in order to go forward with the complaint. The following Saturday morning (October 26th, 2024) I went in and the store manager documented the damage. While I was waiting for this to be completed, an older gentleman with glasses, that worked at the store asked what had happened. After I told him, he replied man Ive told these young guys they have to stop yanking on those glove boxes and unlock them first. After hearing this statement, it was made abundantly clear that this was not the first incident and the manager himself knew this, though he was acting oblivious. When you do something wrong you admit to it and fix it. At least that is what a good business strategy is I have taken so much pride in and care for my vehicle. These damages have been a constant reminder of someone elses disrespect for something I have worked so hard for. I have wanted to repair the damages just so that it would stop eating at me, however the damages are $500.Reached out to ************************************************ as recommended in their response- with zero follow-up and any resolution.

I took my car to jiffy to do a quick oil change this morning 10/3 and heard the technician ask for the wrong sized gauge to take off my plug to perform the oil change, I know this because Ive been performing my own oil changes while working at a dealership for the last 2 years. Since they used the wrong sized gauge they rounded my plug and couldnt perform the oil change. When expressing the error instead of making it right and fixing the problem or even showing empathy the manager hung up on me. Do not go here I now have to replace this and will be reaching out to higher ****

Never in my life have I had such a bad experience somewhere. Jiffy Lube, *******, ***Two weeks ago I went for an oil change. I was in a time crunch and they Said they could do it in 15 minutes. An hour later, me being charged for someone else's account (which i have the personal information to whomever i paid on because they provided me his invoice and not my own) and they put windsheild wiper fluid in my coolant (unknown to me at the time). Fast forward to yesterday. I was checking my coolant and realized it was above full. All the way to the top to be exact. Noticed my windsheild wiper was empty. That's when I realized the lady had put it in the wrong spot.. I call the store and they said they could fix it at 9:30AM today. No big deal. They would flush the radiator, replace the coolant, and provide another oil change to make sure everything was done correctly. I show up today at 9:20AM, no one knows what's going on. The person who said they were going to be there Never showed up. Its dead in there but no one is offering to jump in and help. So I call big o to see if Jiffy can just pay them to do the job. They said as long as Jiffy agrees they can. I get to speak with the district manager/store manager named ***. He refused to pay ****************** in a condescending manner. Lied. Stated "one big problem and now youre making a big deal" And never took accountability on how the store is poorly ran.

On July 2nd 2024 I went to jiffy lube on ***************** in ****************. Store #. 131. Got the signature service on my 2022 ***** CR-V. $130.00. ***** has 30 thousand miles still under manufacturers warranty. Got home looked underneath the car and saw they did not replace 6 fasteners that hold the skid plate on. Then looked at the receipt and saw they put the wrong oil in the *****. Called the manager , ***** and he said its ok. Dont worry about it. Sent corporate a email and was apologized too. I asked for a refund and was sent a legal liability damage release form to sign and instead of mailing a check they want my banking info for a ACH payment. They cant even get the oil right and they want my bank account info. Right ! I will not sign anything. Its their negligence. Their lack of training and lack of real customer service. Bottom line is I will eat the cost of this oil change and never recommend this company to anyone. And if my engine blows up they will be held liable. Note: if you go to Jiffy Lube. Take your lawyer. That is the kind of business they are. Shameful. Not how we do business in *******.

I went in for a state inspection. Within a few minutes, one of the customer service agents came into the waiting room to tell me that my coolant was direly low and that a) a coolant flush for $199 was needed and b) my car would not pass inspection without it. I asked for a moment and called my usual mechanic, who had serviced the car one month earlier. He told me that a car could not fail inspection for this reason and that I should swing by to check things out. I then told the JiffyLube rep that I didn't want the flush and was going to take the car to my usual place. Surprise! Within minutes, he came back to tell me that the car passed inspection after all. I went directly to my mechanic's, where I learned that the coolant was a little low but nothing of concern. He topped it off for free. I 100% believe that Jiffy Lube was trying to take advantage of -- and profit from -- my being a woman, assuming I know nothing about cars and that I would agree to this unnecessary service.

My skid plate (heavy, 1/8 inch metal plate) came partially undone after not being installed correctly - the front part angled down towards the ground and the back still attached to the truck, while on the freeway (at high speed). When attempting to contact their manager he did not apologize, attempted to argue with me that this was not a dangerous situation, and simply would have been destroyed had I hit a bump, etc., and offered a free oil change next time I come in, and to replace the bolts that came undone... I followed up with corporate office and was given an apology as well as a promise to ensure safety protocols were put in place so this wouldn't occur again (which there are currently no safety protocols for skidplates). Unsure if these safety protocols will be reinforced.

I went to Jiffy Lube for an oil change, and after that my car displayed a message saying that the oil level was too high and after doing research, I learned that this could absolutely ruin my car. I checked my oil myself, and the level was extremely high and beyond the ordinary. I am very upset about this as a simple oil change is difficult to mess up. I was also charged $140 for this visit and did not have a choice in the oil I wanted. Prior to this, I was able to choose the oil and the pricing was much cheaper. Unfortunately, this is led me to believe that the service was performed to scam me out of my money. I don't believe I will be taking my car to Jiffy Lube again.
