      Signature management is the worst HOA management company I have ever delt with. The communication is awful! I have been messaging them since May of 2023 trying to get my HOA payments straight. I was living out of state for about 2 years with my mother that was ill. I explained to ***** at Signature that my mother passed and my fianc was murdered on the same day, when I initiated the conversation asking if my payments had been received. It went from me asking about my payments and not getting a response to collections, in which ***** at told me to send him an email and he would have someone contact me. Well, that didn't happen, so I messaged again, and again, and again..... I ended up paying the agency just to avoid any more frustration and did not have the will to fight them, as I am still grieving for the loss of my loved ones. On December 27th I received an email from Signature, it said my account was all paid, and I should receive an invoice within the next few days for a payment due date of January 1, ****; and it would be late after Feb. 1. Now I am being told they did not receive the money from the collection company but they have a statement that said it's paid, but I can't pay for this year until they receive the money from the agency, that is ridiculous and BS. February 6, ****, still no invoice. I could share more details but anyone ready this should get the message that they are simply awful, and most in my community feel the same about them. And no community meeting for over a year!!! They are the worst ever!!!!!!!!!!! I left one star because you have to leave something, they don't deserve that one star!!!!
