      They were very professional from ****** the salesman to their crew. Whenever I have a question they get right back to me. They kept me informed throughout the whole process. I never thought I would ever go solar but the way they explained it to us it made sense. I highly recommend Top Tier Solar.

      We are very happy with our solar install. Crew was very nice and informative. We scheduled our install and guys should up 10 days later. The crew worked non-stop and was done in half a day. The work is very clean and professional from start to finish

      This is a horrible company, not only will they tell you it will run your whole house for a week if the battery backup is installed. Then you find out for 32k it will run the refer, microwave and a light. When you question them they tell you it cant power anything on a 220V circuit. So you will burn up in the summer and freeze in the winter. The system wont even produce enough power to offset the grid power you use.IF THEY COME TO YOUR HOUSE AND TRY AND SELL YOU ANYTHING, get rid of them. Ive saved a friend from spending 48k with this company.I have also contacted the ******************** office along with the BBB.They promised to install a generator to run my AC and after the solar was installed, they said no one told me that. THEY WILL LIE AND CHEAT YOU OUT OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AND ALL YOULL HEAR IS CRICKETS.Oh and if anyone is dumb enough to use this sham of a company , they will send you a video and make you turn the whole system on without sending anyone. Mine didnt work and they took a week and two different techs to fix. My s***** system at best will produce 26 kw, battery takes about half charging and sends Duke about 2kw.I just hope everyone reads this PLEASE. Pics attached so you dont think Im not a real ****** off customer.Update 7/18/25 After telling them the above, they said they are sorry the lies they used to get me to purchase didnt meet MY EXPECTATIONS. Rather than a whole house generator to run HVAC unit they offered a 500 dollar RV generator (3600 watt). It was up to me to figure out which 2 lights I wanted to power. No heat or cool. AGAIN, STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!!!!!The response from owner again doesnt address the issue of them telling and selling us on system will power your whole house for a week sales pitch.

      Top Tier Solar Solutions has done a good job maintaining our solar system. They had a few hiccups when installing them, but made it right for me.

      solar was installed in early May 2025 yet here it is July 15th and as far as i can tell it isn't operational yet! poor service after sale!

      Top Tier salesperson came to our door wearing a yellow vest, so my wife answered the door thinking it was someone official, only to have a very aggressive salesperson there who wouldn't take no for an answer and wouldn't take the hint and leave after we repeatedly said we weren't interested. I finally had to come to the door and explicitly tell him to leave. Will never do business with this company.

      I agreed to listen to their presentation and was up front with the sales *** that I would not make a same-day decision. In fact, I stated it would take 1-2 weeks to make a decision so I can do my due dillegence (check reviews, references, the manufacturer, comparables, competition, etc...). At the end of the presentation, it because a high pressure sales situation where the *** insisted I make a decision "now" because they "find if someone really wants solar they already know they want solar". But I had stated multiple times throughout the presentation I don't buy anything of high value impulsively - that I need time to do my *********** the end, the *** walked out on me because I would not spend $80,000 right then and there for their solar product. I'm fine with that - it's a complete ******** when a company uses high pressure sales tactics like that to get a customer. More than likely, if I look at comparable bids, I'll find a company offering solar for much less. I've worked with companies in the past to ***lace windows, redo bathrooms, etc... Any ***utable company will provide their info and allow you time to make a decision, without the pressure tactics, and with any incentives offered being eligible -- not just on that day, but for a range of time - like a few days to a few weeks.I can't say anything about the quality of service, or product they offer since THEY decided I wasn't the right customer for them (I wouldn't sign a contract to spend 80k on the spot) -- but I will WARN FOLKS TO BE CAREFUL, and advise them not to be afraid to do their own due dilligence. In **, I was offered solar for $35k about 5 years ago... I doubt $80k is the best price, and this company (only around for 6 years) has only shown me they are perhaps predatory in their practices.BUYER BEWARE ON THIS ONE!!!!

      Absolutely run as far as you can from this company. We have had nothing but headaches and conflict with this company since we signed up. We are now over 2 months from them installing the panels and leaving debris scattered around our whole yard (large metal pieces used for the installation, including a 4 foot long metal rail that fell off of our roof about a week after installation) and we still havent had the panels turned on because we have gotten zero communication from the company. They continuously ask us to clear our schedules for days at a time or make random appointments for their staff to come to our house without actually notifying us except by us receiving a text telling us someone is coming and then dont show up during those times regardless. It is currently almost 2 PM on a Monday that they asked us to be available from 8-5 for them to come out and do a building inspection. When we finally reached out to them around 1PM asking if there was any kind of estimate for time, they informed us that they actually wont be coming today. In other words, we cleared our entire day to be home for them and they decided to cancel without informing us until WE ASKED. We had asked what it would take to break our contract at this point because we have been so unimpressed with the service but were told it would be about 60% of the contract since they installed the solar panels already. Funnily enough, the installation happened incredibly quickly, about a week from us starting any co tact with this company, and then everything else seems to grind to a halt. When we spoke to one of their employees with some complaints they informed us that even their own father in law had a terrible experience with the company, as if that was supposed to make us feel better? This company has been an absolute nightmare and I truly hope that nobody else goes through even a fraction of the headache that we have dealt with from them
