    We hired this company to do a cross-country move from ******* to **********. We spoke with **** in late June/early July to go ahead and book because they had the most reasonable price of $6000. We were told the price would fluctuate depending on if we go over space and possibly use packing material for flat-screen TVs. They picked up our things on 07/31 and our form from the movers stated that the first date of delivery is 08/28/23 (the day our house is ready). We were then asked for a payment of $3747 ($1400 deposit already paid) for going over the space and for additional items that were packed. We were told ALL this after everything was already packed, not once did anyone notify us that we went over the space, and the movers additionally packed items that did not need it. We've never had movers individually pack lamps and loose items before. The fact that they did this without notifying the customer is very deceptive since we were told the price once it was already packed and put in the truck. We then moved into our house on 08/28 and ******* from the office would not let us speak to anyone above her and she said that they have up to 30 days to move our stuff. These words were never spoken to us when we booked, we were specific about the time period that our stuff needed to be there since our son was starting school right away. It is now 09/06/23 and we still don't have our stuff and now our original quote of $6000 is now $8697.14 I think it is criminal to deceive customers, they packed our stuff with additional packing and NEVER uttered a word to us, we didn't even know we went over our space until everything was packed. This is our second cross-country move in 2 years and this was nothing like our experience with another company. The only explanation we can get is to read your contract we understand the contract but don't promise one thing and when you're unable to fulfill then it's the customer's fault for not reading the contract.

    Legs to my bed were lost. Solicited information several times and was told the company would look for the pieces of my bed. No one has followed up. Was told I would be contacted with an update. After 2 weeks. No update. After paying $5000 for my move I would expect better customer service. No care for customers but money was demanded with urgency. My bed is in 5 pieces scattered around my room and my box spring and mattress are on my floor. This is the treatment you get as a customer After spending hard earned money on a service. Hopefully the process to file a claim is not horrible as the moving process was. I'm a 16 year veteran and I will make sure my.military friends and family stay away from this company.

    We are sorry you are dissatisfied  with the length of the time it took to do tracing process.    There were several calls within the 2 week period to the customer back and forth. Customer was given information available as it was received by customer service.  Also, Customer was given information regarding filing claim, we also have attemptted to speed up process.   Customer can respond to customer service or can file directly with claim service.  **************** left message awaitng customer response.
