    Customer of many years. Service is excellent. You register and sign with your phone number. Each time you sign in for a service, it tells you how many points you currently have and how many required to receive a free eyebrow threading. Twelve is the number required to receive a free eyebrow service. I received a threading in March 2025. At that time, the computer said I had 10 points and required 2 more for free service. I have not been to WOW Brows until today, June 6, 2025. Imagine my surprise to see I had no points and required 12 visits for a free threading!!!!! I asked what happened to my 10 points?! The staff said they can't get into the system and could not explain . Some one is meddling with the computer system, as each customer gets close to 12 points, it's changed to show no points or fewer points. A few years ago, they changed to a new computer system and in the process, everyone lost all of their accumulated points!!! Tired of this computer related shenanigans. Please have them explain how my points disappeared and return them.
