    I am just a new client of Lightcast for a few months now but I am absolutely loving it so far. The customer service is great, they respond in timely fashion, the developers are hard working. Will surely recommend them to any fit *******

    The Lightcast team has been wonderful to work with and I've been able to share their services with another new user who is equally pleased and excited with Lightcast services. The staff is professional, patient, and respectful, even with those of us who are not as proficient with technology. Lightcast offers continuous opportunities to expand the growth of their users and encourages our creativity. Technical support is available when needed and they are real people as opposed to bots.     After working with several other companies to host our 24/7 channel and on-demand content, I was left needing to have multiple companies/subscriptions to be able to do everything that we needed to do. This tripled my work load as I would need to upload files to multiple places. However, Lightcast changed that! They were able to put us on all of the platforms that we needed and also host our linear channel feed. I now only have to upload files once and they are everywhere I need them. It has been a game changer for our channel. We had some issues in the beginning with some specific requirements from a separate app that plays our channel but technical support did an amazing job at doing everything they could to get it to work. And they did! Their response time was always the same day. In all honesty, there are cheaper options out there, and I tried most of them and was always left with problems and multiple step workflows. Lightcast is a financial investment for us but worth it. Their platform puts us in competition with the "big" streaming channels. For us, switching to Lightcast was the solution we needed and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

    Owning a TV network has been my dream. I wasnt sure how Id ever attain it. Then came Lightcast. The most knowledgeable, patient and caring group of people in entertainment, and Ive dealt with many. They are so efficient in the entire set up process and are on call non-stop. Not having a bit of experience with the technical aspect of this didnt hinder me at all because they take care of it all and with such care. Im super glad this is my team.

    My experience with lightcast has been amazing. I was nervous at first when all the emails came in after signing up because of my Traumatic Brain Injury trying to understand everything but Lightcast worked with me holding my hands every step of the way. Their email response is excellent. Their callback and answering phone calls listening to my concerns was excellent. I am so happy right now. Lightcast system is amazing now I can see each analytics the last company I couldn't see that. I would refer everyone to this company. Lightcast have put MJ OWN NETWORK TV channels on an higher level of platforms. I have no complaints! these people are very kind and have a lot of patience.
