      I had a terrible experience at this jiffy lube, especially with the employees. I came in for an oil change and the mechanic was on the phone the entire time while working on my car. He installed the gasket wrong and didn't check for leaks. This caused my car to leak a large amount of oil and break down while out of town. I had to get it towed to another shop for them to figure out what was wrong and fix it. The other shop was unable to tell me if my engine had been damaged because of the leak. Since then, the employees, especially ***** and **** have been incredibly rude to me. ****, the 'district manager' (not sure if he is but thats what I was told) yelled at me and got in my face when I asked for a 3rd party to inspect my engine after the bad oil change as I didn't trust the people there to give me an honest opinion.When I raised this issue to the customer service line and filed a claim, I received a call from ***** (wouldn't give me his last name) and he proceeded to dismiss all of my concerns, refusing to help any further. He wouldn't give me the name of the owner or manager or anything and then he hung up on **** am a small woman and felt very intimidated and unsafe around the employees. I'm too afraid to go back even to have them inspect my engine if something goes wrong from the bad oil change.I have tried repeatedly to get in contact with whoever owns this store but no one at jiffy lube will tell me who that is. Do not go to this jiffy lube! The employees are rude, intimidating, unprofessional and will give you a bad oil change.

      The customer met with a master mechanic that was able to look at her vehicle and she declined. We offered for her to make an appointment at her convince for us to look over the car and she has declined. She is able to take it anywhere she wants as it is her car. Nobody has been rude to her and her initial visit and return visit are all on camera, proving we have not been rude but yet trying to be very helpful. She has become belligerent, rude and cussed us all out. This is an unfortunate experience that has not caused damage. Again, she is more than welcome to get her own second opinion. We have offered reasonable resolution.

      Poor Service Locations. I'm so upset. Not only was I referred to the ********* that had me wait 2hrs just to tell me they couldnt service me and try the Jiffy Lube in *******-Mint location which I drive 40 minutes to. Then find out they dont have the necessary equipment to service my car and to go to their South Blvd, ********* location. They communicated directly with the manager at South Blvd informing him I was in route from ******* to him which took 38 minutes. I arrive in that exact time and the manager said he let his mechanic go 15 mins ago because it was slow. I said "but you know I was coming and in route" all he did was apologize. I also learned that all three locations that failed me are independently owned but under the same franchise owner CISA Lubes NC, LLC. I called in a formal complaint. In my 7yrs of consistently usinf Jiffy Lube in **********, ******** I've never had an issue. I'm so ******.
