      We have had a very poor experience with the associates at LaBella. They were hired by the town to oversee a new subdivision which was built above our property. The engineers with LaBella had not been coming on site to physically inspect the area above our property and silt fences were never maintained throughout the entire grading process. It was in a large field above us and where the builders put all their huge stock piles of ***** soil. Since the silt fence was ignored and fell down, and an area was lowered inadvertently it has now diverted stormwater and sediment to heavily impact our property. We also learned the builders paid for a mitigation permit to fill in a stream and wetlands area and it appears LaBella did not oversee any of this work and we believe its now caused water to be diverted to our property.
