    Terrible customer service. Free trials should be offered prior to spending hundreds of dollars.

Offering free trials can sometimes dilute the integrity of this experience and pose risks to our proprietary and security-sensitive content.Instead, we offer promotions and savings to help learners get started, and our team is always here to help guide you toward the best plan based on your goals.Although, as stated during checkout and in our Terms of Service, all purchases and renewals are final and nonrefundable, I have reached out to management and gained one-time approval to process a refund. Please allow up to 2 to 5 business days for the refund to reflect on your banking statements. Please let us know if we can be of any further assistance.
