  We recently had Triangle Reconstruction remove, replace and dispose of the old liner in our crawl space. They also applied a fogger treatment to kill fungus and mold spores visible and nonvisible. The new vapor barrier gives 100% coverage and is a professional job. The men came on time, prepared , worked constantly and left the area neat and clean. ******************* stayed true to his quote and is well informed with code and regulations. We highly recommend this team.

  Triangle Reconstruction addressed our crawl space moisture problem by placing an interior French Drain and replacing and upgrading the crawl space vapor barrier. They also placed an external French Drain to divert water away from the foundation and repaired 2 sites with damage. They were excellent to work with from assessment to estimate to completion of the actual work. Quality of work was excellent and price was reasonable. The work crew was amazing. They were hard-working, detail-oriented, neat and pleasant to work with. They explained every step of the process and were careful to take pictures of the "before" and "after." The owner was on-site every day and available for any issues or changes that arose. Overall, we were very pleased the work done by Triangle Reconstruction, how easy they were to work with and would readily recommend them..

  As always, Triangle Reconstruction is a company I can trust to do a great job. The owner, *******************, is thorough and recently his workers did an excellent job of restoring the area in my house affected by a leak. I have used this company many times in the past for work on my crawl space and attic. Their integrity and reliability are unquestionable. For many problems that arise, it's the first company I think to turn to. If my problem is not be something they specialize in, they provide guidance so I know where to go for help.

  We are pleased to recommend Triangle Reconstruction with our highest praise. It seems too simple to say that they do what they said they’d do, but that’s exactly what happened. Our home is around 50 years old. Ours was a large job - around a month and $30,000. We had Triangle Reconstruction come in after another moisture company provided mold remediation and a humidifier. I wish we’d contacted TR to start with. We provided TR with a structural engineering report. They created a plan to exactly meet all of engineer’s concerns. TR used temporary supports and replaced seal plates, girders, and joists for over half of our home. In addition, they poured footers and built new columns. They also added a few additional girders to firm up our floors. They removed and replaced our insulation. They sealed our porch and crawl space, replaced our vapor barrier, and installed a moisture meter. They wrapped our electrical cords and hung them.
  We were treated with respect at every step of the process. Both ***** and *** were available at any time we had a question via text or phone call. From *****, we received a daily morning report, with the benchmarks they hoped to accomplish that day, who would be on site, when the workers would arrive, and an update of what was accomplished the previous day. We were provided with a ton of photos and videos to document the progress under the house. Either *** or ***** was on site each day. *** took care of all permitting and being present on site when the town inspectors visited. The majority of the work in the crawlspace was done by **** and **** ****** with some support by ********. **** painstakingly hand selected each piece of lumber. My husband was impressed with the quality of lumber. Each worker who came out to our house was detail-oriented and respectful of us and our property. The work space was kept tidy and waste was removed daily. The people of TR are exceptional. A++++

  I was looking for someone to do encapsulation work in my crawl space. This company was one of three companies I reached out to for pricing. What I liked about this company was I was not sold the most expensive work just because.... He gave me three options to work with. Explained in detail what each option was and what it did and did not do for my crawl space. My work was more on the preventative side since I have a new house. He even gave tips on how to keep water away from my house as time goes on, as the ground will change over time due to water runoff. When they came to start the process they were on time, and finished fairly quickly. I went under the house with them and they explained what they did in detail. Happy customer here!!!

  Triangle Reconstruction, were hired to remediate our crawl space. Process started with an inspection, and he priced some options, good, better, best and we decided on which option. Pricing was fair and reasonable, they were easy to work with and to schedule. They came on time and completed the work in the time frame discussed. The crew was professional, did a fantastic job, with no issues at all. *** came back to inspect the space himself, and then again with me. He is a wealth of knowledge. He knows his business and is hands on. I would suggest them to anyone interested. Our house never had a vapor barrier, and now with it, it feels so much better inside. The transformation is incredible. He does what he says he will, when he says he will and for the cost he said he would.
