    On February 9, 2023 at about 1:30 we stopped at the gas station. It appeared to be open and active, pulled to a gas pump, inserted ATM card, inserted PIN, the pump appreared to freeze up. Went to the station, the door was locked and sign said closed due to power outage. 2 other drivers approached the door at the same time and we were amazed that the pumps were not shut down if there was a poweroutage. There was nothing more that I could do to clear the information entered at the pump so I went to a different station and I have a reciept showing I purchased $40.68 gas there at 1:31 pm.On February 10 I check my bank statement to see that $****** was taken from my account by the *****************************************. I immediately called the station and spoke with ******, the store manager who assured me that they did not take $******. I complained to Shell corporate who said that they could not do anything as the station is independently owned.I filed a dispute with ***** Fargo, they reversed the charges--but today the contacted me to say that Pay at the Pump claims did not fall under actions that they could claim. So they reinstated the ****** charge to my **************************** Oil, or Shell Gas Station at ******************* a Credit Scammer stole $****** from me. Attached is the photo that shows that Shell clearly took ****** from my account
