    My son's car was towed here by our warranty after breaking down. Never initiated communication what so ever. Every time my son called to check on his car he was given an excuse and told they would call him back but never did. After the car sat there for 5 days I finally called the warranty who told me they never received anything from the garage. I called the garage and was lied to saying the boss was in touch with the warranty (but he was not in touch he was on vacation). After I agreed to pay for the car it was instantly fixed. My son picked it up same day and drove 30 minutes before the car started doing the EXACT SAME THING. The car is not fixed.

    I REACHED OUT TO ****** LAST THURSDAY BY PHONE AND LEFT A MESSAGE SAYING I WAS SORRY FOR THE MISCOMMUNICATION AND I WOUND LIKE TO REFUND HER MONEY.  I ASK FOR HER TO PLEASE CALL ME BACK WITH HER MAILING ADDRESS SO I COULD SEND HER THE REFUND.   I AM NOT ABLE TO REFUND BACK TO HER TO HER CREDIT CARD AS WE DO NOT STORE CUSTOMER CREDIT CARD NUMBERS.  IF I CAN HAVE HER MAILING ADDRESS I WILL SEND HER A CERTIFIED CHECK FOR $106.75  AS SOON AS I GET HER ADDRESS.
