    Unfortunately, it ended as a bad experience from them as a company and personally. I called them to clear up a repossession and had some questions, but the lady couldnt hear me over the dog barking in the background and then proceeded to yell at me over the phone. I told her that she was being unprofessional and I was only needing information, but she didnt have to yell at me over the phone. She then proceeded to insult me over asking questions and I had it recorded for personal reasons. It is not a company that my business would use in the future. I dont want my customers to be talked to or handled in that manner. I work for a corporation that is global and this business is not even in the same category as a diner. Angry, unprofessional, and communication is lacking in this business.

    Sorry you feel this way , But the actual debtor called and was explained the entire process & understood that  . You are correct when you asked the questions  we in return needed to know who we were speaking with due to the Privacy Law Act in ** . If you are in this business you would know about this and not have stated "the person who gave the loan" & rudely hung up on us. ***** was rude at all you're  just was upset you didnt get the answers you were demanding .

    I wish I didnt have to give any stars. The woman I dealt with was horrible. She tried her hardest to make me lose my car. My debt was paid to my loan company and she wasnt trying to let me come get my car. You have to have an appointment and come within a certain amount of days. She would not give me an appointment. I have to do a reverse ****** search on their number to get the address and call the police down there. Way too many unnecessary problems.

    I am sorry you feel this way . We only received your redemption paperwork the day of April 13. The company policy is no same day appointments. Correct everything is done by appointments to void a customer sitting at the lot waiting for the finance company to send over redemption paperwork.  We gave you the website to set up your own appointment at your convince. NO sheriff came with you at time of redemption
