  Had hemifever tune for my vehicles engine and transmission. Received the first of two tunes which really woke my vehicle up. Love the result and can not wait to receive an updated tune after sending my log info.**** is a pleasure to work with. Very detailed in his email responses and sometimes even communicating on weekends while closed.

  I purchased an email tun from ********************* on June 5th, 2023. The initial tune needed to be adjusted as it still had features that I requested to be off, but were still on. *** ******* then sent me a version 2 of the original tune and the tune work great until today 8/11/23. I notice that my car that mostly sits had almost ********* as it had before that had once put out 369 horse power was now producing 312 horsepower. I then checked the car to make sure everything was ok and connected properly. I then did a factory reset of the car which then produced 323hp. I contacted ****************. Tell him the problem and is email response was; hmmm, what do you need me to do? The tune doesn't change so there's nothing to 're-do' with that.********************* The is following email was; If it was initially putting down 368 and now isn't 2 months later, I'm not sure why you're telling me I'm the reason its not working. I can try to determine what you've done, but its tough via email. Load the tune in and send a log and the files in the tunes folder.********************* www.hemifevertuning.comWell I dont find it to be a coincidence that I use Seans tune that I paid nearly $400 for is no longer on a car that mostly sits, but when I uninstall his tun from the computer putting it back tto stock the car makes more power. just doesnt add up to me.

  Never really had a chance to try out their product. The initial tunes sent to me were causing transmission slippage and error codes. When I tried to get customer support on the issue, they refunded my money. They wouldn't even take the time to try and help get it resolved. They just sent a refund and told me not to worry about using their product. First time I've ever been fired as a customer. Based on my short experience, I'm grateful they refunded my money since their customer service is apparently nonexistent.

  Unfortunately our product wasn't compatible with your vehicle. The fact you had transmission slippage/problems led us to refund your money. We could have had you try this or try that, or do this or do that, but if the end result would have been a failed transmission you surely would have blamed us and requested us to pay for it. With you being 100% on the opposite side of the country we have no ability to troubleshoot this via email. And we have no way to determine if you're performing the necessary install steps accurately, or not. We are a little surprised you weren't happy with the refund, but we just had no way to test things without a potential catastrophic failure risk.
