    Concept 8 is one of the worst builders I have ever interacted with. My father-in law builds houses and I have multiple family members in construction. First off, they build very very cheap houses and townhomes. Second, they do not keep their word on their warranties. They do not honor their word and come back and try to fix things. We bought a brand new townhome from them and within a year we had to replace parts for the AC, the shower was never caulked, had a leak in plumbing, had to replace certain parts of the flooring, the list goes on and on. For a first time home buyer we are extremely disappointed and recommend everyone stay away from using Concept 8.
    I would give 0 stars if I could.
