      This started back on 8/13/2025 - I explicitly, and numerous times told them I did not want to put more money into this car. I was looking for a 2nd opinion if the head caskets were damaged. Repeatedly I was told, no issues, no smoke, nothing wrong we do recommend updating some belts and such and then the car will run good as new. In that case - my mother needs to sue the dealer in *****, that already said they did all of that. Again, asked and stated, I don't want to drop more money into the car if it's not going to work. Again, was told no, no issue with the head gaskets. Finally showed up to get the car and the check engine light was on!! After I spent another $1500 on their recommendation to change belts that the car will be good as new. I had to leave the car, finally they saw the smoke finally and said it didn't happen all the time. Well that's funny, happened every time we started the car. They reached out again, finally admitting the issue was the head gasket. The last dealer found the issue right away, that's why we wanted a 2nd opinion. Talked with the owner and he admitted things could have been handled better, still not going to reimburse me. I only authorized the work because the 2nd a opinion came back no issues. So, how is it that when I come to pick up the car, the check engine light is on, as it was when I dropped it off and then they see the smoke and confirm the issue was the head gaskets. I feel they lied to me and just wanted money. I tried to work the owner about a refund and he offered to take out one part and give me $200 - I laughed and said no thanks. They mislead me, I feel they lied to me and I want my money back. We had already spent $13k in repairs on this car. I was find spending $500 for the send opinon. Not another 1500 to be told it was the head gaskets like I told them from the start. Attached are some of our text messages.
