      I found the business via the website and requested tv mounting service. We communicated and agreed he would come out to mount a television, he came, he responded in a timely manner, he interacted and asked questions to ensure clarity and the initial job was satisfactory. During that service visit we communicated about other projects I wanted completed in my house. More specifically I asked about replacing my pedestal sink in the half bath with a vanity/ a vessel style sink. He measure the space and replied he he can do that job. Upon paying for the tv mount for that day( $60) we discussed a quote for the bathroom project he asked me what I was going to do with the pedestal sink, I said trash it, he requested if he could take as part of the fee and charge me $300. I asked he would accept half $150 he agreed. We discussed to check in later that week to see if I secured the vanity and sink! I never received a contract, detailing any terms for services rendered. After a few weeks of not finding what I was looking for, I called ************* and asked if he did any kind of landscaping work and perhaps the $150 he still had could be used toward that project. After that conversation his response time and communication decreased SIGNIFICANTLY, taking several days to return my call or text message. It was at that point I asked him to just return my $150. He initially agreed to return but did not by the date he suggested. H when we did reconnect he began saying deposits are non-refundable and that it would hold up in court. I did not agree with that and asked him to return my money as I had not been provided with any documentation/contract detailing fees. When he came to mount the 1st tv he provided his cash app information for payment. ************* did not purchase any materials for the bathroom project, I was not offered a contract, for the televisions he mounted. Thus he stole monies for a service not provided.
