Leeloo Trading appears legitimate. I have personally used Leeloo Trading and earned a couple funded accounts with them and have had no problems with transitioning from the test accounts to the funded accounts. The company seems trader-friendly.But that does not make Leeloo consumer friendly. As far as I can tell, they do not publish the rate at which traders pass their tests, nor do they intend to. They just collect the monthly fees.My issue is actually related to billing. I have paid monthly subscriptions to Leeloo for at least a year, if not longer. I have never had an issue with my payments, which have totaled in the multiple hundreds or thousands of dollars. What happens when you miss one payment on the funded account you earned? You lose the account if payment is not received in 24 hours. Are you notified that payment has failed? Nope. So when my payment fails while I am on vacation, and I don't notice until 10 days later because I don't have access to my trading station, that's it. Gone.Leeloo refuses to explain to me why the payment has failed. I've used the same card since starting at Leeloo and have never had an issue with payment failing in the past. I didn't go over the credit card limit, because Leeloo is the only expense I put on this card, and Leeloo's monthly charges are nowhere near its credit limit.I am left with no answers and no funded account - an account I earned by following all of Leeloo Trading's rules over several months.I understand that it is my responsibility to have correct payment information, and that I should be sure that billing occurred properly. But 24 hours is far too short of a grace ******* Leeloo's support team stuck to their ************************************************************* acknowledgement of my perfect payment history until that point, which tells me that the company doesn't care one bit for any of its customers unless they are currently making Leeloo money.Steer clear of the greed - that's my advice.
