    Toilet clogged may 24th. I called to inform integrity property management. He asked what happened and I said it clogged while using it. ***** from Roto Rooter came on may 27th. When he came out of the bathroom he suggested to double flush because these are cheap toilets and he suggested it be replaced if it continued. On may 29th ****** from integrity called to say we had until the end of June to pay $175. June 26th I went into their office to discuss the bill. We waited for ****** to get off the phone. He asked what he could do for me. I said I was being billed for a plumbing issue that I didnt feel responsible for. Then he talked over me, I pulled out the lease that states to use in a reasonable manner, all electric, plumbing, sanitary, heating, ventilating, air conditioning, facilities, as well as elevators and other facilities on the premises he turned away from me, threw up his hands and head and said well I dont know what you put down there I then explained I just used bathroom how anyone would and we asked to see a receipt. ****** then went to his chair and sat down threw his hands over his face and yelled I deal with this everyday There was back and forth comments and then he said he would put the payment on hold and told me to leave and he would deal with me through email or phone call. He sent me the receipt on June 27th. The receipt states toilet clogged with paper no mention of an excessive amount used. I responded back July 7th stating I was compliant with the rules on how to properly use a toilet. He responded back July 9th saying it was clogged with toilet paper and that I had only lived here a couple months and that this was a one time thing from to much toilet paper. I have a copy of the lease. I have emails. I have a better explanation in writing of the situation that happened in the office. ****** was incredible unprofessional and very rude in every interaction. I dont feel comfortable with interacting with him and this isnt settled

    To whom it may concern,
    I am sorry that you feel that you are being treated unfairly.  Any type of clog in a toilet that is created by over use of toilet paper, wipes, feminine products, etc would not be considered regular use and would be at the cost of the tenant to remedy.  
    As for the interaction in the office between Ragnar and the tenant's mother (who is not on the lease).  She did not get the answer that she wanted and became very aggressive to our office staff. She was asked to leave the office and that we would only communicate with her daughter who is the leaseholder.
