    My experience with this RV dealer was the worst in my 69 years of buying vehicles, boats and trailers. I live in ********************* and found a nice 2021 used ****** Fox 25Y for sale at this dealer. It looked great in the photos and **** the salesman advised me that it was 9 out of 10 and in fabulous shape. They would not come down in price so I gave them basically what they wanted for price. I arranged with a friend to drive down to ****** from ********* approximately 700 miles. we took 2 days for the trip down and on August 15 2023 arrived in ******* I got a phone call from **** stating there was a problem with the hot water tank and they had to order a part from ****** but they expected it in by ****PM tomorrow. We attended the dealer to have a preliminary look at the trailer. It was still filthy and needed a good cleaning, I spoke with the cleaning staff and was advised the fridge had a problem with the fan and a part was ordered. The salesman **** did not even know it was the fridge that needed a part, but thought it was the Hot water tank. The cleaners stated the trailer would be spotless for inspection and the walk through for delivery on the next morning. We arrived on the next morning and the trailer was still filthy, so cleaning had not been done. They could not guarantee the trailer part would be in on time and were terrible to deal with, the owner manager stated to my face that the trailer was very clean. They are an ****** Fox Dealer which is hard to believe with the attitude they have. I told the owner he could keep his trailer and left to drive back to ******. The trip down and back with fuel, 4 nights motels and food and money exchange cost me in excess of $2000. I give this dealer a 0 out of 10 rating and would say they can not be trusted one bit to full fill what they say they are going to do. I would recommend not dealing with this dealer go somewhere else. Being told it was 9 out of 10 was unbelievable, when I saw the trailer.
