      Continuance of water issues throughout the trailer park, I have had nothing but water issues in my house it's gotten significantly worse. The water pressure the sediment in the water even though i have a filtration system. I have had to replace multiple appliances within my home in the last year due the sediment I can barely wash dishes i am having to run multiple cycles to clean dishes, i have to wait a very long time to fill the bathtub so my 4 kids can bath. I am uncertain the issue the property management turns the water off says they are doing repairs and nothing changes this is an ongoing issue the last 4 years!! I believe I am paying a fee for water to my home and to have no water or crappy pressure i should maybe have money given back to me due to the unnecessary stress of not having water at times or never knowing when the waters just going to spit and stop, the whole water situation needs to be replaced , repaired and delt with not just patched half heartily like they keep doing . especially because they are now increasing the cost of lot rent. I am requesting they tie into city water and actually just do what they need to do because them continuing to not actually fix the ***** its not working there are many families being affected in the court by not having efficient water,

      The above complaint is not founded due to.

      Water supply is at 40psi continually.   We have just replaced one of our pumps and put in a VFD control box.   This will work in conjunction with our other well that is on a VFD control box.    Of course like any water system there is maintenance that needs to be done.   We have done that.   If she is losing appliances and low water pressure due to sand in her system, she needs to change her filter.  The filter should not let any sand pass.   This might also fix her low pressure.   We do not rent the house to her we only supply water to the lot.   There is sufficient water to the lot.  We have had not other complaints from the 45 other tenants.

       

      The reason she is doing this in my opinion is.  We just sent her a notice about to many vehicles.  She has an unused vehicle parked at her place that we asked to be removed.  This is retaliation on her part.

      I am rejecting this response because:  I already removed the vehicle this is in no way retaliation.  You don't even know i have 2 vehicles that is it !

      He never maintains the property ever and does the least possible for maintaining he gave me like a 2 hr notice before just shutting water off in an email that was sent . I have 4 children who need water when they get home he does things when he wants with no regards to how it affects his tenants. Overall I am at the point where the property management can buy out the trailer I own, or he can refund me the payments  ive made on the lot minus cost of water id calculate that to about 30k .  I  do change my filters in the house he disregards and pushes me off like I'm a nuisance . Property manager is a bully. Always has been .
