      5/19/2025 Charges April 2025 $2,150.00 Should say September was charged after they deposited 5 months later.April 2025 $80.00 Should say September was charged after they deposited 5 months later.Negotiated new lease only because I could not pay the "remaining balance" provided info by text with no clear documentation of their Accounting and error correction. 406 Custom Builders $1,897.99 Wall repair for picture holes after a professional contractor patched and came back again after initial check out paperwork. Apartment is ~900 square feet and the holes were from pictures hanging. Lease indicates painting is Property managements ***************** receipt, invoice or detailed documentation provided other than disposition letter and charge well above industry standard. I asked multiple times for price range of expected costs at check out and was given nothing. Little Rockies Carpet Cleaning $240.00 Initial check out indicated "strong" urine smell which was simply not true and I have no way of disputing as this is subjective. I did sign for professional cleaning at checkout however, charge is more than industry standard and area carpet cleaned was less than 200 square feet. No proof receipt or invoice provided to me other than there ledger which has been inaccurate. Total Charges $4,367.99 Signed a second lease in good faith with negotiated concession of $4500 to cover cost of error and provide 1 month lease concession which was offered to all tenants renewing. Paid all admin fees and checkout/move in fees and new security deposit prior to receiving disposition letter which is everything above. Verbally let them know I ONLY signed on again and for 2 years in good faith of providing the "concession" that ended up charged fully in fees as indicated. Concession and security deposit gone and $58000 over the next 2 years is due. This has caused undue stress, psychological damage and fiscal upheaval with no rights or ability to get out of obligation.

      I had a lease agreement with a property management company for a commercial property. I requested the handicap ramp be repaired as it was not up to code. This ramp was installed by the property management company. After two years and dozens of written requests they failed to fix the ramp. In addition they began to be retaliatory. This ramp is used by hundreds of people a week. In the lease agreement I signed there was a specific clause stating they would repair the ramp.
