    I took my 2009 Chevrolet Malibu with ******* to Darbys because the engine was shaking and jerking while driving and it had an oil leak. When I picked it up, I was told there was very little oil and they did an oil change. All of the repairs costs me $1,100. A couple of weeks later, it was doing the same thing except it was worse. When driving, it feels like the car will stall or turn off. The timing cover gasket was replaced, another oil change, drain and refill crankcase premium motor oil, replace oil seal, lubricate chassis, inspect air and cabin filter, top off all fluid levels, timing chain guide. Mind you, I dropped the car off 8/26 and did not receive it until 8/29 so they had plenty of time to repair it correctly. When I picked it up the second time, I said it should have been repaired the first time. His response was and I quote, it is a 2009 and has a hundred different gaskets. What does that have to do with anything? So the second time around, I paid $918, $698 for labor which is ridiculous and $155 for parts. We had to **** since Tuesday and that is very expensive. At the very least, I want $918 refunded because it is still not repaired. I am not taking it there for a third time. I will have to go somewhere else and probably spend an arm and a leg. This is unfortunate. I have been going to Darbys for at least 30 years and never had a problem. I will not be returning to Darbys for any repairs on any of my cars.
