1 starIn September 2025, Mr. ******** *********** with Springforward Fence was supposed to come to my home to replace some bad wood; it was 2x4s that was installed in my backyard. Before the workers got started in August 2025, he stated that he would pull out all of the bad wood before installing them. As his workers installed the 2x4 to the poles, I thought everything was going ok. After the work was completed, a few days later, I called Mr. *********** to let him know that I found some bad wood from the fence, I needed them to be replaced and he agreed to meet with me. He called me back and said that his truck broke down and he will give me an update later. It has been a week, and Mr. *********** has not contacted me to get this issue resolved. I have reached out to call him and to text him to get an update but he keeps ignoring me. Mr. *********** is highly unprofessional and very rude to me as a paying customer. He runs away from fixing problems instead of keeping his word to get the job done correctly. I even seen him driving down my street multiple times a day and he has not one time reached back out to me to get anything resolved. No updates or no call backs, thats being unprofessional, rude & disrespectful.Review fromHattie W.
