    Okay for starters, after my windshield tint job was complete, inspected vehicle and checked for errors, noticed big gash on my front driver side fender, showed it to the employee who was working on my tint, as it was not there before and i even have a photo timestamped from that area of the car showing no damage before install, He then called the owner, the employee handed me the phone and after about 30 seconds of explaining what i thought might have happened, the owner began to yell at me over the phone, curse repeatedly after complaining about the work, he then called me several hurtful names and called me a "scammer" he continued his rant with me for over 15 minutes, he told me to leave and never come back. he also said he would come down to the tint shop and fight me as he lived up the street.
    the employee locked my car in the shop so i could not leave and i was forced to pay full price. He took no responsibility for the error as his employees admitted fault and i also have photos of sharp items inside the employees waist storage that would have caused the damage. The Employees where also smoking marijuana wax in the front office and even offered it to me. I wouldn't have cared about this is the owner hadn't been so rude and hateful towards a repeat customer like myself. I have photos of my car pre damage going into the tint shop. Also the tint install itself isn't great either, the tint is scratched on the inside really bad from the squeegee, also their are bubbles. overall very very disappointed in this business. also the shop is dirty, there is no adequate sanitary seating or bathroom, waiting area or anything.
    Nobody deserves to be treated the way the owner treated a paying repeat customer like myself, And nobody should be threatened by the owner of a business they are shopping at with bodily harm.
