      Received notice that they would no longer be picking up trash and that we would receive a check for the services paid in advance but not done. We contracted another service on 8/9 and have called/ email several times and have yet to receive our refund service was prepaid through the month of august. $54 for three months. I know its not a lot of money, but its the principle of the thing.

      HIS SERVICE WAS CANCELLED AROUND THE MIDDLE OF AUGUST.  THE MOST HE WOULD

      HAVE COMING IN A REFUND IS $9.00.

      My bill date was the middle of the month then they switched everyone to the first of the month. Then they said they will give us credit or send someone to pick up the trash but didn&#**;t do it. I was in the hospital and they didn&#**;t pick up my trash. My bill was due on the first and they didn&#**;t pick up my trash on the second. When I tried to call to explain it to them, no one every answered the phone. Every time I get a new bill, there is an increase of it.

      My old trash service retired and it was turned over to Patriot. I started automatic draft with them to pick up my trash once a week. Well they were missing pickups. Then I called a month ago to complain because they weren't getting all the trash. The next week we didn't put it at the curb. We left it at the curb and they haven't picked up the trash for three weeks. Then they didn't show up two additional times. I contacted them and they told me the trash wasn't at the curb which is not true. They never showed. I paid them on 8/24/22 for three months of service and they weren't supposed to take it out until September 1. They called me and left me a message stating they would come and pick up the trash but they said they wouldn't address the refund issue. They haven't picked up my trash in October.

      I received a voicemail yesterday when I made the complaint.  They told me they would have someone out today to pick up my trash and can.  They are still not here.

      The driver stated that her cart was not at the curb when he went by.  We do not pick up

      any extra above what she pays for.  

      And she was refunded her two months.
