    I had a 38’ foot travel trailer that I pulled into Excalibur rv park on February 12, 2025. I paid for a full year from February 2025-February 2026 for the amount of 1800.00, paid with a check. I signed a year lease. I texted the owner and asked if I could be refunded from May to February since my travel trailer was stolen off his property. He said I signed a lease with no refunds. I understand that, but I didn’t pull the trailer out of there. It was stolen. I do have the police report number and the insurance claim number. I’m just wanting a pro rated refund.

    Ms. P****** did sign the paperwork for the camping license agreement. We have attached the camping license agreement for reference. In the top right corner states fees are NON refundable, which is what she is disputing. As stated in Number 4 Excalibur RV and it's owners are not responsible for any property loss.

    Linda requested us to try to sell her RV. She posted two posters on her Rv with the wrong phone number. It wasn't until people called our business asking us to correct the number on the RV, that we knew she posted an incorrect phone number. 

    The facts are that ****a was told by our maintenance staff to lock the tongue with a lock, and also to leave the slid out extended for us to show the RV. This would have made it impossible to steal, but she refused. She left a key with our maintenance to show the RV for her, but refused to do the safety steps.

    It is our belief there is more to this story than we are being told. 

    We have cameras all over our park and we provided the footage of the camera showing the theft to the Benton County Sheriff Department. We have never lost anything to theft since we started our business.
