    I had a verbal agreement with him to do some repairs on my home, dig for water line and sewer lines so that I can have them, build a bathroom, put water pipes and a drain in my garage all for under $6,000. I paid him $5600 for all of this upfront in cash. My yard is dug up for the lines and he bought some water pipes, sewer pipelines, hoses, air pressure tank and a water spigot, and rented a machine for a week to do this. He wanted more money and I told him I am not paying him more money. He said if I didn't give him more money he would not come back to finish it. He never came back. I talked to him yesterday, July 4th, to get all my receipts. He told me that he will not give them to me. He only sent me pictures of 2 receipts which added up to $500 and he said some of the money was spent on buying clothes.

    I would like for him to give me the rest of the money back so I can pay someone else to do the job or to finish the job.
